5. Leaderboard Integrity

Scores on the leaderboard must reflect genuine human typing performance. We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that appear to be the result of cheating, automation, or manipulation without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TypingBattles — including the name, logo, code, and design — is owned by TypingBattles and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TypingBattles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypingBattles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
